Looking back, I unconsciously laid the foundation for my current profession.

As a child I had an unwavering interest in drawing. Often I couldn’t get away from my pencils and my parents decided to serve my food in my room. Looking back, I unconsciously laid the foundation for my current profession.

During my studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Arendonk (B) I mastered the application of oil painting technique and focused on making portraits. Although specialization often feels like a limitation for artists, it gave me the focus and dedication to develop optimally.

I am extremely proud and grateful that my work is now being appreciated and that my circle of clients has continuously expanded. Thanks to them I have been able to put my soul and bliss into numerous portraits that have now found a familiar place in many interiors.
